Filled with a lightweight down blend, this padded vest is a great layering option - over shirts and dresses to add visual interest and under coats for extra warmth. We love the two silk ribbons sewn on both sides - you can tie them in the front or the back, any position you'd like. Fabric is a typewriter cotton with a great texture to it.
