Returns & Exchanges

1) For eligible, continental US orders: please request a return or exchange. Please note that the return must be requested and received by us within 7 days of first attempted delivery for a refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipment. We'd appreciate a speedy return as we operate on very limited inventory. 

2) We will email you return instructions.

3) All eligible returns will be refunded and credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process. For exchanges, the replacement size will be shipped out once we receive the return. In the case that the replacement size sells out during transit, store credit will be issued.

 

Eligible Return or Exchange

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. Orders shipped outside of the continental United States are also final sale. Unless marked as final sale, items purchased at discount or with promotional/store credit code are eligible for a one time size exchange, if available, and are otherwise final sale. 

  • It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.*
  • It must be free from odors, stains, or any other conditions that would prevent us from selling the item as new.
  • It must have all original tags attached.
  • It must be returned with original packaging when applicable (such as boxes, hangers, garment bags). 
  • If footwear, it must include the original shoe box in original condition. Footwear returned in a damaged shoe box or without the original box will incur a replacement fee of 20% of the footwear's original price to be deducted from your refund.

    *Works of art, select home goods, books, magazines, undergarments, and any other items designated “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

    We are unable to process a return or exchange after 7 days of delivery. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to our return address. Unauthorized or ineligible returns will not be processed and cannot be returned back to the customer. 

     

    International Customers

    Due to the transit time and shipping cost, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for purchases made by customers outside of the continental United States. Please email us if you have any questions regarding sizing and fit. 

     

    Order Cancellations

    We are unable to cancel your order once placed - please choose carefully. Please email us if you have any questions regarding sizing and fit. 

     

    Faulty Goods

    All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to our customers. If for whatever reason you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged or where a fault occurred in the manufacturing process. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear do not apply.
