A set of two gathered flare skirts designed to be worn layered or as individual pieces. When layered, the inner layer peeks out at the waistband for a two-tone effect. The outer is an ultra-fine, high twist cotton-nylon blend with a light, dry hand and a slightly sheer quality, and the inner layer is a soft, cotton knit. Features an elasticated waistband and a gathered, fluid silhouette.
